VIEW THE CORRECTED ARTICLEIn the article by Heidenreich et al, “2022 AHA/ACC/HFSA Guideline for the Management of Heart Failure: A Report of the American College of Cardiology/American Heart Association Joint Committee on Clinical Practice Guidelines,” which published ahead of print on April 1, 2022, and appeared in the May 3, 2022, issue of the journal (Circulation. 2022;145:e895–e1032. doi: 10.1161/CIR.0000000000001063), corrections were needed.

On page e955, in section “8.1. Specialty Referral for Advanced HF,” right column, last paragraph, first sentence, a new reference was added as Reference 18. The sentence read, “…have been developed to assist in decision-making for referral to advanced HF.14” The sentence now reads, “…have been developed to assist in decision-making for referral to advanced HF.18”

On page e955 and in Tables 18 and 19 on page e957, the subsequent references after new Reference 18 are renumbered as References 19 through 37.

On page e1011, in the references for section “8.1. Specialty Referral for Advanced HF,” a new Reference 18 was added. The new reference reads,
